Event description:

You're invited to join the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, along with the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety, the New York State Governor's Association, the Connecticut DOT and TIPP as well as the AAA Clubs of NJ, NY and PA for the 2018 NHTSA Region 2 Child Passenger Safety Conference to be held on March 19-21, 2018 at Ocean Place Hotel and Conference Center, Long Branch, NJ.  The conference center is located at 1 Ocean Blvd., Long Branch, NJ  07740.

Overnight Accommodations

Hotel reservations for the Child Passenger Safety Technical Conference can be made on line at https://reservations.travelclick.com/13199?groupID=1722516 or by phone 1-800-411-6493, using the code O0318NHTS.  All hotel reservations must be made no later than February 19, 2018.  Any reservations attempted to be made after this date are not subject to conference rates ($105 per night) or availability guarantees. All New York lodging reservations must go to www.safeny.ny.gov and follow instructions.  You must register for the conference first; then you will receive an e-mail with your confirmation code to attach to your housing request.
