Monmouth/Ocean Breast feeding consortium is excited to offer our 26th annual conference! This year we are welcoming two more outstanding speakers, Kay Hoover & Laurel Wilson! Whether you are an IBCLC or a MCH staff nurse you will learn something new by attending this conference. Our topics this year include the fascinating epigenome and the microbiome, case studies, and presentations that address what to do when baby won’t latch and a discussion surrounding the ever popular question, Can a baby be allergic to breast milk? Nurses, Lactation Consultants, Peer Breastfeeding Counselors, Nutritionists and other Health Care Professionals
At the conclusion of this program, participants will self-report knowledge gain of effective techniques to assist breastfeeding families utilizing a Likert scale.
Continuing Nursing Education & Contact Hours:
This activity has been submitted to NJSNA for approval to award contact hours. New Jersey State Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Accredited status does not imply endorsement by Monmouth/Ocean Breastfeeding Consortium (MOBC), Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, NJSNA or ANCC Commission on Accreditation of any commercial product discussed/displayed in conjunction with this program.
In order to receive a certificate, you must register for the webinar, view the entire webinar, and complete an online evaluation. A Nursing Contact hour certificate will be provided after the online evaluation is completed.
