Learning Objectives: Upon completion of the Intermediate Instructor Workshop, the participant will:
* Apply adult learning/teaching principles to the Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course
* Demonstrate entry level proficiency in teaching selected segments of Intermediate Course (lecture and skill stations)
* Manage classroom issues and formulate problem-solving techniques
* Identify administrative responsibilities, policies and procedures of the Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course
* Demonstrate navigational of AWHONN website for administrative functions
