Access in Crisis: Maternal Health Awareness Day 2024

Join us in person or online on Friday, January 26, 2024,, from 7:30AM - 1PM for a half day of seminars and discussion relating to vital and pressing maternal health issues. In conjunction with Maternal Health Awareness Day in NJ, we are hosting an interprofessional education series for all individuals involved in women's health and maternity care.

Hirshberg and Leitner will present on their work on remote blood pressure monitoring in the postpartum period, including the following objectives:

  1. To describe an innovative method to monitor postpartum hypertension
  2. To describe an innovative method to provide ongoing support in the postpartum period
  3. To describe ways in which technology and innovation can be used to reduce disparities in postpartum care
