Parent Café: Journey Through Growth – Milestones and Support for New Parents

New and expecting parents are invited to join us for an in-person Parent Café, “Journey Through Growth,” where we’ll explore the important developmental milestones in your child’s early years. Hosted by Connecting NJ and Greenway Family Success Center, this session provides supportive space to learn, connect, and ask questions. Free childcare and refreshments will be provided, so come relax and learn with fellow parents.

Transition to Motherhood: Pregnancy and Postpartum Emotional Health

Becoming a parent can bring joy—but also overwhelm, unexpected emotions, and big life changes. In this heartfelt session, The Prematurity Prevention Initiative and The Alma Program: Moms Supporting Moms will share real talk on how common the baby blues are (80% of birthing people experience them!), and how to tell when you need more than just rest.
