To receive a full refund, parents should:

1. Remove the fabric cover from the play yard frame.
2. Take apart the frame.
3. Cut up the fabric cover and mattress pad.
4. Email a photo of the destroyed play yard to tingerservice@outlook.com.
5. Throw out of the destroyed frame and fabric.
