Join us for a free, virtual session specially designed to support new and expecting parents as they prepare for childbirth and early parenting. Led by Suzanna Maftus, Perinatal Education Coordinator at Hackensack Meridian Health at JFK University Medical Center, this session will help you build confidence and reduce anxiety as you prepare for labor, birth and infancy. During this session you will have the chance to ask questions about the labor and delivery process, early infancy questions about topics like breastfeeding and lactation, and sleep schedules, and you have the chance to connect with other families.

This event is for you to connect with other expectant and current parents as we talk about what we treasure about parenting, learn more about community resources available to you, and build connections with one another. Whether your child is a wee buccaneer or a captain themself, this is a space for you! Newborns and toddlers are welcome. Refreshments and childcare will be provided.
