Babies begin learning from the moment they are born, and their favorite teacher is YOU! In this interactive workshop, parents and caregivers will discover how everyday moments like feeding, diaper changes, bath time, talking, cuddling, reading, and playing help build their baby’s developing brain.
There is no cost to attend. Books and diapers will be available for all, and transportation assistance is available for registered participants.

Applying for benefits after welcoming a new baby can feel overwhelming, especially when families are navigating multiple systems at once. This session will help parents and caregivers in Middlesex County understand what support is available, how to apply, and where to find help without being passed from agency to agency.
Topics will include applying for WIC, SNAP, and NJ FamilyCare; finding childcare assistance and Early Head Start programs; and accessing immigrant-safe resources, regardless of immigration status.
