Jocelyn Claudio brings extensive nonprofit maternal child health experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). She supports the Consortium’s operational structure through oversight of Human Resources, Finance, Evaluation and Analytics and Grant Management.  Jocelyn joined the Consortium in 2003 and held various leadership roles prior to becoming COO in 2020.   

Jocelyn earned her Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University.
