The holiday season can bring unique challenges for those grieving the loss of a pregnancy or infant. While the world around us seems to celebrate joy and connection, for some, this time of year can deepen feelings of loss, loneliness, and longing.
To offer comfort and guidance during this sensitive time, the New Jersey Postpartum Resource and Support Network (NJPRSN) and the Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women invite you to a special virtual workshop:
Navigating the Holidays After Pregnancy or Infant Loss
This compassionate gathering, led by Kathy Donaldson, a dedicated expert in perinatal mental health, will provide a safe space for participants to explore their feelings and gain tools to navigate the holiday season.
