Mental Health and the Bridges Program Lunch N’ Learn

Discover the incredible work of the Bridges Program at the Raritan Bay Area YMCA in Perth Amboy. This session will explore how the program supports pregnant women, new mothers, and families with young children through home visits, parenting education, maternal mental health support, developmental screenings, and more—all completely free of charge. If you're a parent or a community provider, this is a resource you won't want to miss.


Well Baby Visits – What’s Coming Up Birth to Age 5

Most parents are familiar with the growth check-ins at a baby’s well visits—but there’s so much more to know. This session will walk you through what happens at well visits from birth through age 5, including discussions on feeding, sleep, hygiene, vaccines, and emotional development. A great refresher or introduction for new and expecting parents.
