Middlesex Educational Session
“You’ve Got This — And We’ve Got You: Family Connects for Parents”

Early parenthood comes with many questions, and families do not have to navigate this time alone. This virtual educational session introduces Family Connects, a free, nurse-led program that supports families with newborns during the early weeks at home.

Participants will hear from the Family Connects nurse team about how the program works, what to expect from a nurse visit, and how families are connected to local resources and supports. This session is designed for both first-time parents and families welcoming another child.

Family Connects services are free, confidential, and available to families regardless of income. Bilingual staff and interpretation are available upon request.
