Laura Taylor is the Chief Program Officer at Central Jersey Family Health Consortium currently overseeing thirteen (13) state, federal and foundation-funded programs throughout New Jersey. She provides direct supervision to administrative and community-based staff to ensure cohesive, high- quality services across the Consortium. Laura is a key participant in state and national system building activities and continuous quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with early childhood leaders to improve health care delivery and program implementation.

Previously, Laura has extensive experience leading other health and wellness initiatives, directing teams, creating marketing solutions, and delivering impactful services at nonprofit organizations as well as in field of advertising. Laura earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) in International and Community Development from Monmouth University in New Jersey and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). She is a board member and past chair of the Middlesex County Mental Health Board.
