Program Manager- Healthy Women Healthy Families
The Program Manager is responsible for implementing and providing oversight of the Healthy Women Healthy Families program and activities, provides intensive and professional supervision to Community Health Workers, and support to program sub grantees. The Program Manager performs a variety of duties both clerical, supervisory, and administrative in nature ensuring that the program operates successfully and is accessible throughout its respective counties.
The qualified candidate will have Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred from an accredited college or university, with 3 years of experience in health related field. At least four (4) years of experience in community based public health field; excellent communications, problem solving and public speaking skills and a commitment to maternal/child health care issues. Supervisory experience required. Experience coordinating multiple sub grantee projects preferred.
