Our Pregnancy and Parenting Wellness Program is working with Rutgers RWJ Barnabas Medical School to host an educational and candid discussion of the postpartum journey, covering various aspects that are crucial for the well-being of both parents and babies. From understanding the physical changes that occur after childbirth to managing the emotional rollercoaster of parenthood, our discussion will address it all.
