This webinar, "Let's Talk LGBTQ+ Health," will cover vital topics that impact the LGBTQ+ community's physical and mental well-being, offering insights into overcoming barriers to care and taking control of your health.
LGBTQ+ individuals face unique health challenges due to stigma, discrimination, and concerns about confidentiality. This can make accessing appropriate care more difficult, but with the right knowledge and resources, we can begin to break down these barriers. The conversation will center around:

- Physical wellness, including strategies and recommended screenings
- Mental health, with a focus on anxiety and social isolation
